Air Distribution System or Ductwork:

Whether it is a poorly designed ductwork system or leaks that have gone unnoticed because they are occurring in our attic or crawl spaces we waste up to 30% of our air-conditioning in Florida. Poorly designed systems will distribute to much or too little air-conditioning or heating to different parts of the house.  This can lead to mold or other indoor air quality issues and wasted energy as we over cool or under heat to compensate for poor design or leaky system.
